Frequently Asked Questions

Common Inquiries about Our Events

How can I attend a TrustUp event?

All TrustUp events are by invitation or application only to ensure an appropriate audience for each gathering. You can request an invitation by contacting us through the form on this page or by calling our office. For certain events, current TrustUp clients receive priority access and may be eligible for complimentary attendance.

What is the typical attendee profile?

Our events attract accomplished professionals, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals who are serious about sophisticated wealth preservation. While specific demographics vary by event, attendees typically have a minimum net worth of $2 million or annual income exceeding $300,000. More importantly, they share a commitment to strategic wealth management and legacy planning.

Are these events primarily sales presentations?

Absolutely not. Our events are designed to deliver substantive education and facilitate meaningful connections. While our team is available to discuss services with interested attendees, there are no sales presentations or pressure tactics. We believe in demonstrating our expertise through valuable content, allowing attendees to determine if our approach aligns with their needs.

Can I bring guests to an event?

For most events, you may request to bring a spouse, business partner, or adult family member involved in your financial decision-making. All guests must be approved in advance to maintain the caliber and relevance of our attendee group. For the Family Legacy Retreat, we specifically encourage participation by multiple family members, with pricing structured accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

For most events, cancellations made at least 14 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for partial credit toward a future event. The Family Legacy Retreat has a more restrictive policy due to its residential nature, which is provided upon registration.
